Any of the fruits like apple, green or yellow-green mango, peach, cranberry or crabapple may be used in this recipe.
2 cups fruit, peeled, pitted & diced
1 teaspoon aadu (ginger), grated
2 lilaa marchaa (green chilies), minced
½ teaspoon mithu (salt)
1 teaspoon saaker (sugar)
1. Mix and blend of the above.
