Any of the fruits like apple, green or
yellow-green mango, peach, cranberry or
crabapple may be used in this recipe.

peeled, pitted & diced
1 teaspoon aadu (ginger), grated
2 lilaa
marchaa (green chilies), minced
½ teaspoon mithu (salt)
