2 tablespoon garlic powder
4 tablespoon dhaanaa jiru
2 tablespoon marchu (cayenne pepper)
1 tablespoon mithu (salt)
some ketchup
or
vinegar or
lemon juice
1. Mix the garlic
powder, dhaanaa jiru (cumin seeds), cayenne pepper & salt.
2. Add just
enough ketchup (or vinegar or lemon juice) to make a thick paste.
Note: This is
a versatile blend. It can be stored for months in the refrigerator and can be
added to a vegetable dish where garlic is called for. It can also be blended
with some plain yogurt for a dip, or blended into theplaa or puri dough.
