Lili Chutni (Green Chutney)

 

2 cups              kothmari (cilantro), washed, trimmed & coarsely chopped

2                      lila marchaa (green chilies), washed, trimmed & coarsely chopped

½ cup               shing danaa (raw peanuts)

2 cloves            lasan (garlic), optional

1 teaspoon        aadu (ginger)

1 teaspoon        saaker (sugar)

2 tablespoon      limbu (lemon juice)

1 teaspoon        mithu (salt)

½ cup               pani (water), if needed

 

1.       Blend well in food processor/blender, adding just enough water for it to mix well.

2.       Adjust to taste with additional salt, sugar or lemon juice.
