Vaghaarelaa Marchaa (Sauteed hot peppers)


2 tablespoon †††† tel (oil)

Ĺ teaspoon ††††† rai (mustard seeds)

1/8 teaspoon ††† hing (asafetida)


8-10 †††††††††††††††† hot green peppers, sliced (jalapeno)

ľ teaspoon ††††† mithu (salt)


1.                   Heat oil.

2.                   Add the mustard seeds and asafetida. Wait until the seeds begin crackling.

3.                   Add the peppers and cook for a bit

4.                   Add the salt.Cook a bit longer, but donít let the peppers lose their crunch.
