Garam Masaalaa (blend of warming spices)

 

1 part    cardamom seeds

1 part    black pepper

1 part    cumin seeds

1 part    coriander seeds

1 part    cinnamon stick

1 part    whole cloves

 

1.                   Grind with a mortar & pestle or a coffee grinder.

2.                   Store in a tightly covered container until use.
