Kheer

 

Some    plain cooked rice

Some    dudh (milk)

Some    elchi (cardamom)

Some    khaand (sugar)

 

  1. Bring milk to boil on medium heat.
  2. Add cooked rice, cardamom & sugar.
  3. Cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring constantly until it gets quite thick and the rice absorbs all the milk.
  4. Can be served warm or chilled.
