cooked rice
Some dudh
(milk)
Some elchi
(cardamom)
Some khaand
(sugar)
- Bring milk to boil on medium heat.
- Add cooked rice, cardamom & sugar.
- Cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring constantly until
it gets quite thick and the rice absorbs all the milk.
- Can be served warm or chilled.
